Boil water in a pan. Add salt and rice. Give it a stir. Cover and cook on medium heat until rice is on almost cooked. Drain water.
Spread rice on a tray or plate to keep grains from sticking to each other. Cool.
On a non stikc pan, add cumin seeds and saute. Next, add cooked rice and coriander leaves. Mix well. Season with salt according to taste and drizzle with water for moisture.
Cover pan and let it cook on low heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove rice from the pan and garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
