Green Chutney (Coriander Dip)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup Spinach leaves
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 thumb sized ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green chillies
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 – 2 tbsp lemon juice

Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add a few teaspoons of water when necessary.Grind until mixture becomes smooth.Adjust salt to taste.Serve as dipping sauce for samosa or nachos.
